Increase your exercise. Exercise raises your metabolism, which means it puts the liver working for it’s own benefit, something absolutely essential in a fatty liver diet.

Finally, a few supplements have been shown to reverse fatty liver. Diet may be enough to protect your body, but with these supplements reversing disease will be much easier. Examples include ginger, milk thistle, and turmeric.
